You've seen it a thousand times on your feed: one tortilla, one cut, four fillings, folded into quarters and grilled crispy. The genius is in the layers. Loaded with UNU-seasoned beef, melty cheese and fresh veg, it's a 15-minute dinner that looks incredible when you cut it open.
Why It Works
Folding keeps every filling in its own quarter, so each bite is different and nothing leaks out. Grilling the whole thing gives you that crispy, melty quesadilla texture. UNU seasons the beef in one step.

Ingredients
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 150g ground beef
- 1 tbsp UNU all-purpose seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced tomato
- Salsa or sauce of choice
Instructions
- Cook the beef. Brown the beef with UNU until cooked through. Set aside.
- Cut the tortilla. Make one cut from the centre to the edge.
- Load the quarters. Picture the tortilla in 4 quarters. Add cheese to one, beef to the next, lettuce and tomato to the next, salsa to the last.
- Fold. Starting at the cut, fold each quarter over the next until you have a stacked triangle.
- Grill. Cook in a dry pan or panini press 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy and the cheese melts.
- Cut and serve to show off the layers.
Tips
- Cheese on the bottom quarters helps everything hold together.
- Don't overfill or it won't fold flat.
- Swap the beef for chicken, beans, or leftover veg.
