Sweet watermelon, salty feta, cool mint, and a savoury sprinkle of UNU. This no-cook salad is the one that vanishes first at every barbecue. It takes 10 minutes, needs no stove, and hits every note: sweet, salty, herby, cold.
Why It Works
The magic is contrast: juicy sweet watermelon against salty feta. A light dusting of UNU adds a savoury, garlicky depth that ties it together and takes it from expected to memorable.
