FUMO Grilled Peaches with Burrata: Sweet-Smoky Summer

FUMO Grilled Peaches with Burrata: Sweet-Smoky Summer

Sweet, smoky, creamy and fresh all at once. Grilled peaches caramelize on the grill, then get topped with torn burrata, a honey drizzle, basil and a dusting of FUMO. It looks stunning, takes 15 minutes, and is the first thing gone at any summer gathering.

Why It Works

Grilling caramelizes the peaches natural sugars and adds smoke. Cool creamy burrata and a smoky-sweet FUMO dusting make every bite balanced.

Recipe

Prep: 5 min | Cook: 6 min | Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 ball burrata
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp FUMO smoked seasoning
  • Fresh basil
  • Optional: prosciutto, olive oil, flaky salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the grill to medium-high. Grill the peaches cut-side down 3-4 minutes until char marks form.
  2. Arrange on a board and tear the burrata over the top.
  3. Drizzle with honey and dust with FUMO.
  4. Scatter basil (and prosciutto if using). Finish with flaky salt.

Tips

  • Use ripe but firm peaches so they hold their shape.
  • A drizzle of olive oil on the cut side stops sticking.
  • Serve warm, while the burrata is cool against the hot peaches.
