Refund policy

We strive to provide exceptional Premium Spices to our customers! If you're not happy with your purchase, please reach out–we'll try and make it right!  If you have questions about refunding or replacing items from a recent order, please reach out to info@spicoandsauco.com with subject line RETURNS. 


We currently do not accept returns for opened or unopened products, as it is not safe for us to let items re-enter our warehouse and food processing facility once they have been received by a customer. 

 

Product that is damaged, either from origin or in transit, to a degree which would be unsafe for consumption may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Photo documentation is required.
