This is the dinner that makes you look like you can cook, in 8 minutes flat. Plump shrimp seared in garlic butter, seasoned with UNU, finished with lemon and parsley. One skillet, one jar, zero effort. Serve over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread to mop up the sauce.
Why It Works
Shrimp cook in minutes, so the whole dish is done before a pot of pasta finishes boiling. UNU's garlic, paprika and turmeric season the butter into a rich, savoury sauce with almost no ingredients.

Ingredients
- 450g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp UNU all-purpose seasoning
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Season. Pat shrimp dry and toss with UNU.
- Sear. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high. Add garlic, cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Cook the shrimp. Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook 2 minutes per side until pink and just opaque. Don't overcook.
- Finish. Off the heat, squeeze in lemon and toss with parsley.
- Serve immediately over rice, pasta or with bread.
Tips
- Dry the shrimp so they sear instead of steam.
- Pull them the second they turn pink — overcooked shrimp turn rubbery.
- Add a pinch of chili flakes for heat.
